My story
Why I do this work
I became a psychologist because I kept meeting people carrying enormous burdens quietly
— stress, grief, anxiety, old wounds — while telling the world they were fine.
I wanted to be the person they did not have to pretend with.
My path began with a BSc in Psychology at Foundation University, followed by a Master’s
in Clinical Psychology at SZABIST University Islamabad. Along the way I trained and
practised at leading institutions including AFIMH, AFIRM, CMH Kohat, CMH Sargodha and FFH,
where I learned to see emotional life through both a human and a scientific lens: what pain
feels like, and what it does to the mind.
Today I work with clients across Pakistan — students, professionals, parents, and
young people — supporting them through trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout,
personality concerns, and the big transitions life brings. My sessions are warm, unhurried,
and tailored to each individual.
